Project requests

Submitting a request through this website is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. No flight, date, price, or deliverable is guaranteed until Gateway Aerial Technology reviews the location and scope and both parties agree to the project details.

Flight feasibility and safety

All aerial work is subject to applicable FAA requirements, airspace restrictions, weather, visibility, site access, property permissions, temporary flight restrictions, and other safety or operational considerations. Gateway Aerial Technology may decline, delay, reschedule, or modify a requested flight when necessary for safety or compliance.

Documentation services

Roof, property, construction, and land services described on this website provide aerial photography or video documentation unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. They are not represented as licensed engineering, home inspection, land surveying, boundary determination, insurance adjusting, or other regulated professional opinions.

Quotes and payment

Website prices are starting or standard rates for the described scope. Travel, access, complexity, special deliverables, rush work, repeat visits, authorization requirements, or other project factors may affect the final quote. Payment terms will be provided after project review and before a confirmed flight when applicable.

Weather and rescheduling

Drone operations depend on safe weather and operating conditions. Confirmed projects may need to be rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable. Any project-specific cancellation, deposit, or refund terms will be provided with the confirmed quote or agreement.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information and, when applicable, confirming that required property access or permissions are available. The client should disclose known site hazards or restrictions that could affect the operation.

Deliverables and usage

Deliverable quantity, format, resolution, turnaround, and usage rights are determined by the confirmed project scope. Raw files, extended licensing, specialized edits, or additional versions are not included unless stated in the project agreement.
